GMWI-webtool
Gut Microbiome Wellness Index️ (GMWI) is a biologically-interpretable mathematical formula for predicting the likelihood of disease independent of the clinical diagnosis.
GMWI is computed from sets of health-prevalent and health-scarce microbial species, which were determined and validated using a pooled dataset of 5,026 stool shotgun metagenomes from 43 independent studies.
